First bus was repaired replaced with another one second on also has startung problem. You get it repaired after 1.5 hour. In middle of journey brakes become problem. At the end my luggaged is soaked kerosene because of horrible maintenance by attender. What is this? I paid 2800 for tickets to get this wonderful service.
They sell luguage carriage for money idiots out there reject customer luguage in search of der profit. worst worst worst i I suggest never never again choose Yatra genie.

coordinator is behaving rude as we came jus 3 minutes late even though the bus comes late to krpuram 30min every time we have to wait for 30min extra every time and he cant spare 3 min late who the hell is he speak in that manner

I am travelled on 11 Dec 2016 from Bangalore to Nellore by yatragenie.
I choose an option to board at majestic(Anand rao circle). They given bus no. 5139
Time at 9:45 p.m
But, No bus came there.
They called us & told they have only pick up vehicle& told to come to raceroad Volvo office nearly 2Kms away from that place.
Ok. We reached there by 10:20 p.m.
Later that pickup mini komitla local city bus generally seen in Nellore, like that a small mini bus called as pick up vehicle.
It reached KRPuram at 11:00 p.m.
There no bus with number 5139.
When I asked enquiry office, they told go& board the bus standing before their office.
It’s number is 1094. I asked the Ticket checker why number is not correct?& why we have to board this bus?
He answered rudely as - "All that is other thing. First go& take seat. Don’t question now&what do you do with bus number? Keep calm. Whatever we arranged to you, you have to use it calmly."
There is no genuine service& No proper prior information& Felt hard tough task for that 30 Minutes.& when pickup vehicle supervisor calls us, he talks with THE WORST IRRESPONSIBLE NATURE - "if you are late to reach here, we will move out& go. You Directly come KR Puram. We won’t wait for you. Like this way, they talking 10000% RUDE& Worst."
( approx 20 kms is there. How can we go such a long with luggage& family?!)
Cleaner, Supervisor all talking very rudely.
These are NUMBER 1 BAD FELLOWS.
Better to travel in Any other private travels other than this No.1 Worst Yatragenie. I think RTC is the best in this concern.
And also bus have no display board with service number.
I have the worst feeling& opinion.
Dear passangers, I advice / Suggest / request you all to NEVER BOOK THIS NUMBER 1 WORST YATRAGENIE.
Staff are PURE 100% RUDE FELLOWS & RECKLESSNESS& CARELESSNESS, WORST NATURE, DISREPECT BEHAVIOUR WITH PASSENGERS WHEN WE ASKED ANYTHING.

Out of 5 Star, Even it would not deserve the 1 Star also. If we have ZERO STAR Rating, Yatragenie deserves this ZERO STAR sure for 100%.
