I have booked travel package with yatri 4 travel.com i paid 8999 amount for booking goa hotel from 31 dec 2019
To 3 jan 2019 after made the they are not responding my call

He said hotel is confirmed but after made the payment he is not responding my call so they are giving fake commitment kindly don't book any hotel from yatri 4 travel

This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment ID: Y4TRM0589.

With reference to your last email, regarding the booking process, we would like to inform you that in terms to use your package, Here are the steps to follow in term to use this offer:
· Once you make the Payment for the offer receive all the relevant documents (Welcome Kit) at your postal address (Please note, It might take up to 5-7 working days to deliver your documents).

· Take the fresh booking form out of the welcome kit & Fill it with your required details like date and destination

· Send the same booking form to us before 21 days in advance from the date of travel on receiving the form we will process your booking. Make sure you use DTDC for Quick and Fast Delivery.

· On receiving of that hard copy form, we will share with you the availability email containing the list of hotels available for your preferred dates. You need to choose any one hotel from the availability mail to get your hotel booked from our booking team.

Note: You are requested to send your booking form duly filled before 21 days in advance from the date of travel.

You will be contacted by an authorized consultant from Yatri 4 Travel for processing the booking request within 3 days of receiving the filled voucher from us.
