We purchased 2 packages of rs. 12999/- the promotional offer package for 5n/6d (3 to 4 star hotel) through yatri4travel.com on 27/11/2019 for goa. Their sales executive ms. Mahima assured the place and dates when making purchase and making payment. He offered two hotels in goa.
We paid rs. 22, 498 on 27/11/2019 through online payment to their account and they give us voucher form and we filled it and posted to their given address.
Since then i have been calling her and she is not picking up the phone anymore. Till date, dragging the case. Now, they have extended their hands and are even refusing to return the amount.
