This is with reference to your booking placed with Yatri 4 Travel against Payment Id's: Y4TRM3641, Y4TRM3642, Y4TRM3643, Y4TRM3644 & Y4TRM3645
We have cross checked with all our correspondence and we did not find any written confirmation from our end that we are providing you bookings in any specified hotels. Please be informed that we work on promotional availability & No bookings are entertained during the High peak seasons and black out period (Dec 20th to Jan 7th).
By doing the registration for this offer you were agree with Terms & Conditions of Yatri 4 Travel, Please find below the refund policy according to our terms and conditions.
REFUND POLICY (Refund can only be processed, if customer asking for the refund within 10 days after package subscription date.)
Hence, as a gesture of goodwill, we have decided not to stretch this matter anymore & we can provide you booking in future according to the booking availability.
Please note the following points in order to obtain this offer, Please find below and see how many of them you have followed:
1. In order to obtain this offer, the Booking request voucher must be completed (with keeping the below mention points in mind) and mailed to the Yatri 4 Travel at the address given.
2. Please mention your Booking Id on the form i.e. your Membership ID.
3. Provide all your details i.e. Name, address, contact details, email address.
4. Write down the number of dependants i.e. no. of person travelling excluding you.
5. Please provide with two different dates and destination.
6. Please note: fill the column according to your priority. We always try to book the customer on their first preferred travel date and destination.
7. Please ensure that there is a minimum of 4-7 nights’ difference between the 1st and the 2nd date.
8. Please provide two different destinations not the resorts / resort name.
9. Please ensure that the first preferred date chosen by you is at least 30 days away from the date your are sending the booking form i.e. a minimum of 30 days advance booking is required for any booking. E.g. if your 1st preferred date in the booking form is 18th April, then your booking form should be sent to us on or before 18th March.
10. Please don’t forget to put down your signature in the booking form
11. All booking request has to made at minimum 21 and maximum 30 days in advance from the date of travel.
12. Any person taking advantage of this promotion does so under the complete acceptance of the terms and conditions.
13. Strictly one booking per voucher and house hold. Only one voucher will be accepted per mail.
14. A confirmation letter will be issued in the name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry the original of the same to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel. Details of the hotel and the destination will be mentioned there in. The status of a particular booking will be informed to the holder of this offer 10 Days before the date of check-in.
Yatri 4 Travel reserves the right to alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability (Under exceptional cases).
The bookings of the hotels/Resorts which are in list and other collaborated properties is strictly subject to availability.
Please note that TnC mentioned in the booklet are applicable. Please refer to the same and abide.
