My id no. Is y4trm0555. I have booked 3 nights 4days package from them by giving rs. 13500 in june. I had send the hard copies on august for getting hotel allotments for september, but they told us that the dates are too hear and they can't provide us the listed hotels and gave us the names of some third class hotel names. Since we are on a family trip we can't accept that type of hotels. So we post poned the trip to november 8-11. Till now we haven't received any information from them. They are not responding to our emails or calls. So we need refund of money. We don't need your valuable service. We are not able to give another dates. Refund my money at the earliest.
