Yatri 4 Travel — taking full booking amount by making false promises and misleading information

One of the executive of this company gave misleading information regarding holiday booking in darjeeling. He promised many a things. Never disclosed the complicated procedure and uncertainty in getting requested hotels. I paid for money. He said they have full money return policy. Now they say they can't refund money. I booked holiday package for my family.
Executive name, devesh mahajan, mobile no [protected]. I lost so much time. I don't think i will get good deal now. I want to sue them for my losses as well as want my money back.
