Yatri4travel has taken rs 8, 999/- for 3 days package and giving accommodation in upto 4 star hotels with dinner & breakfast with family. Package was valid for one year. (Average cost for per day booking is rs 3, 000/-) I tried booking 15 days back in, 380015

Yatri 4 travel has taken rs 12999/- for 6 days in upto 4 star hotels with dinner & breakfast with family. Package was valid for one year. (Average cost for per day booking is rs 3, 000/-) i tried booking 15 days back in udaipur, but they are giving very cheap hotels options worth rs 400 to 700 only, when i asked them to book good hotels and suggested few good hotels then they use to say that don't suggest me, all the other hotels are booked. When i understood that their intention is not to give good value hotels, then i searched on web / fb then i found that this is a fraud company and they use to cheat customers, then i asked them to give any 4 star hotel anywhere any date. I have received their mail stating that "we are working on it and it may take 2 to 3 weak". Hence i want to register complaint against this fraud company to get my money back. Plz help
