Complaint marked as Resolved They have not called me but I had call and I said what we have to do, they said Mark your complain as resolved, we will go ahead to book the package.

As per your last email, we would like to inform you that it’s nothing like we don't want to entertain you calls as we have not opted for IVR services over our customer care which attends your calls and ask you to be on the line when all lines are busy. But we are not having that services running that the reason its keep on ringing. However, the call would be places on waiting while all the other agent is over the call as soon as agent disposes the call he will attend your call automatically.
We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience you might have had with us. Hence, we assure you, we are working towards your concern and trying to solve your matter on urgent basis. So keep patient and try to call over the customer care as we have share all the possible way to help you understand that we work on promotional availability to book hotels.
