I have undergone a degree examination for the Arts Department of Political Science from Ratnagiri College of Arts and Science (7352A). In January 2017, I completed that T.Y.B.A. I have not received board certificates till 2017. I need a board certificate. How long do I get my board certificate or what can i do to get it?
