On 24/12/2013 I placed an order for two shoes (order no YBH5000640 and order value is INR 1698.3). For this order they have provided incorrect air bill nos. . Then after 4-5 days later the amount was refunded to wallet. I have sent email to the customer support to refund the amount but they refused to refund my amount. Again I placed order for one formal shoe and one woman bag from my wallet(order nos YBH5032659 & YBH5032448 ) on 30/12/2013.
