I have bought a mobile phone at www.yebhi.com on 27th November and paid Rs. 5999 for it by credit card EMI for Order No : YBH4843696. Meanwhile on same day i have found a another good deal on this mobile on other site so i had cancelled this order on the same day. After 2 days i got a message on my registered mobile [protected] that Amount Credited for Refund of YBH4843696 for 8447624. When i have received the credit card statement i came to know that EMI for this mobile purchase was included in the statement for payment. I had called the city bank, city bank have told me that they haven't received the refund from yebhi for this order.
I have tried calling to yebhi customer care number[protected] on 25th & 26th December for many times but phone was not picked up by their representative even i had paid for these unanswered calls. When i am not able to reach them by phones i have emailed them on 27th December for the inquiry on the refund.Even i have also complained at their facebook Customer Service page on 27th December 2013. On 28th December they have replied to my Facbook Query-
Hi Sohan, Please be informed that as per our refund policy, initially all refunds go to "My Wallet" section, thereafter, you need to click on "Initiate Cash Refund" option in My Orders within 30 days from the date of refund. Once your cash refund is received, we will refund your amount within 4 business days and it will reflect in the next billing cycle of your credit card.
They have also responded my email on 29th December -
Please be informed that the refund for your product has been credited to “My wallet” under “My order” section Dec 27th, 2013. The wallet amount can be used for your next purchase at Yebhi.com and remaining amount you can pay through online mode of payment. You can also check the remaining balance, if any, under My Wallet.
Please note the criteria for cash refund:
Payment of the order must have been done through single payment mode. Payment made through dual processor, Gift Voucher, Reward points, Cash Card, Y-cash, wallet will not be eligible for refund in cash.
'Refund in Cash' or Wallet Encashment Request will be allowed only up to 30 days from the date of refund made to your Wallet. Any request, by any means, for encashment beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
For my surprise they are telling me all these terms & conditions after 30 days of my order cancelled it was good If they have informed me about these terms & condition along with my order cancelled email that they have sent me.
Then i have complaint again at their customer care and they refuse to refund my amount and forcing me to buy any products from their website. These people are keeping my Rs. 5999 and i am paying the EMI of the product which i have never seen, what a joke www.yebhi.com is playing with customers.
I am a customer of yebhi since a long time and there is no such kind of terms & condition that time. Whenever i have cancelled an order they have refunded the amount in the payment channel from whom i had paid. Even all the online shipping site are following this rule and refunding the money in the same payment channel from which customer paid. But Yebhi instead for refunding this amount to credit card refunded it in wallet without informing me.
So please take the appropriate action against www.yabhi.com and help me in refunding my money.
