I had bought a Samsung galaxy Quattro from yebhi.com on 24-jan-2014 using my Citibank reward points and cash but they never delivered the phone. I called them numerous times to enquire about the delivery and they kept saying that the phone is not available i the market and they will call back in 24 hours - 48 hours but never called. Finally, they mentioned that they have closed the mobile section and said my money will be credited to their wallet as per their policy for part payment and I can buy something else from their website. I have spent my money for a phone and now they want me to buy clothes etc from their website using that and spend another 15000 on a new mobile from some other shop. If the phone was not available and they were closing their mobile section, why did they accept the order. I would accept their policy of refunding to their wallet if I wanted to cancel the order. If Yebhi has taken payment and they are not able to honor their commitment of delivering the phone, they should give me back my money in the same way I had paid them or give me full cash.
