I ordered an Iron of Philips Steam Iron GC1905 on 12/12/2013 11:08:57 PM for Rs.1349.00 (YBH4937639) along with some other things and made the payment online via net banking. Next day I called to customer care regarding why is my iron order status still in pending and others are in process? Then Customer Care Executive replied that product is out of stock just canceled the order and place with new one. As he said, I canceled that order and placed it once again on 13/12/2013 11:25:06 AM but not the same iron. I ordered Philips Steam Iron GC1920 for Rs.1619.00 (YBH4939841) also made payment from wallet and remaining amount from net banking.
I got the delivery on 16th Dec 2013 but apart from the iron. I called to the customer care and asked for the same he said "That product is not yet received from the vendor, you'll get the delivery within more 4 working days or you can cancel the order and place it once again for other options, your money will transfer to your wallet within 24 to 48 Hrs." after that I waited for 4 days but no reply from Yebhi.com.
Again I called to the customer care for the same then he said cancel the order and place new one, the product delivery is pending from vendor's end. Then I said That is not my lookout it's your problem. Then he said, Sorry Sir but can't help it. I don't want to buy anything from you just refund my money back I said. Then he said, Sorry Sir we can't refund you money back. You can make a fresh order with same product and will deliver the product as soon as possible.
I stuck with it and they are not ready to give my money back. I don't have option, I canceled that order once again and placed fresh order on 20/12/2013 10:44:16 AM (YRO4980358) with same iron as customer care executive said.
Again same problem then I called to the customer care, he said wait for 7 working days. I waited till 15th Jan 2014 but that order still not received yet. I called to the customer care for the same and again he said, cancel this order and place new one. I asked for refund but I got the same answer "No Refund".
Again I canceled that order and placed new order on 15/01/2014 11:50:23 PM (YBH5104628). This time I order Bajaj Iron MX 22 for Rs.1614.00 and I got that order on 24th Jan 2014.
So friends, Don't buy anything from Yebhi.com. You have more better options from this which is flipkart.com, Amazon.com, Jungle.com, Jabong.com with best service and low price from Yebhi.com.
