— Unprofessional and Rude Arrogant Customer Service.

30th April was the worst day and worst customer service I have ever experienced from YEBHI care. I don't believe that I had rated them as a best customer service when I made my first purchase through them. After two years there service sucks and they are the most rude service I have ever got. On my recent order, I placed order for 2 items out of which they cancelled 1 item without any reason and credited the money to YEBHI account instead of refunding it back to my original payment mode. The nightmare now starts, When I called YEBHI service to inquire why they cancelled my order and why is the money credited to YEBHI wallet. The agent (Sonal Arora) was so rude and dis-interested to talk on the phone. The instruction she was giving me was not understandable. I requested to repeat herself 2 - 3 times. When I couldnt understand her I requested to get a supervisor on the line which she clearly denied stating there is no such option to transfer the calls to supervisor and she started talking so rudely and adamant to provide service. Which made me more irate as I knew there is an option to transfer the calls to supervisor. Its just her who refused to transfer. I clearly stated I don't want to talk to her and want to talk to someone else or talk to supervisor only who can politely give me answers to my query. But she kept declining with rude tone, interruption and yelling back at the me (Customer). I had to disconnect and call back to talk to a supervisor. When I called in the 2nd agent first stated he can get a supervisor but he placed me on hold and went to that previous agent. When he came back he started arguing with me as well for 10 mins stating I was abusive to previous agent and he cannot get a supervisor on the phone either as they are busy. 2nd agent was a lawyer for the 1st agent who was defending her and instead of hearing out their customer they talk what they want to talk. They have no courtesy to hear out their customer and treat customers with respect. Are they doing any favor to us by answering our calls???? Dint we pay for the product and the service what they promise???? YEBHI treats there customer as . No respect, empathy and problem solving skills. When I started yelling on top of my voice after 10 mins agent got a supervisor on the phone. That too when I mentioned I will wait all day until they get me a supervisor on the phone. After 15 mins of phone conversation I finally got to talk to supervisor who then tried to make up for the damage. I am very dissatisfied with the service. It was a harassment and mental trauma to deal with YEBHI customer care. Which caused me nervous breakdown. I request you to take my complaint agent the harassing behaviour I had to deal from YEBHI customer service. I've also read in Facebook pages wherein all the customers been complaining about the rude unprofessional services they are getting from YEBHI. The type of service I received has mentally disturbed me and also I had to spend money on the phone call I had to make 3 times to talk to someone who can hear me at YEBHI customer service. Since the customer service is based in DELHI it charged me ISD rates. I am looking for justice and some action so that no other consumer goes through the type of service from YEBHI.
