Yepme — Not providing the refund of the returned products | |||||
Hi, I have placed an order with YepMe order no 30715178 and i had returned the product in the month of April.. The product is validated and as they had confirmed they have initiated the refund of the returned product and will be credited in 14 to 21 days... Still i haven't received the refund amount it has been more than 2months for now.. when i check with them they say we have escalated the issue with concerned department and will update once they receive update.. upon many follow ups they are telling the same thing... requesting to kindly resolve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hello...u guys r telling this from past 2 n half months.. does it take more than 2 months to process the refund... as I have done many follow ups in all these days ... I can no longer wait for the refund... I need the refund to be credited within this Friday..
