[Resolved] Yepme — Yepme Two months over and still not received the refund.

I'm so frustrated with the YEPME customer care services. First of all, their Customer Care number is not toll-free and when I tried to contact the customer executive I was put on hold for 30 mins. And I still didn't get to speak to the executive.

I returned their item two months ago. And I still haven't got my refund. I have made so many calls and wrote so many emails still, I've got no positive response from yepme. They're just delaying my refund.

Please look into my refund process and initiate it as soon as possible. It's a kind request to you.
