[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Cancelled my order after receiving payment.

Dear sir,
I bought a T-shirt from YEPME.com on[protected]. My order id is 16631443.
Rs 495 was deducted from my SBI account. Transaction ID is "POS PRCH-POS[protected] yepme.com". They did not ship the shirt. When I called Yepme customer service, they said that I bought from a third party seller, and they cannot do anything. They gave me a phone no and said I should contact him. I called the and they said the prodcut will be shipped within 2-3 working days. But till date they have not shipped it. When I logged in to YEPME today to check the status of the order I saw that they cancelled the order without informing me. Now I do not see the order id under "My order" tab anymore.
I need my money back. I don't want the product anymore. Kindly check and register a case against YEPME.com

Rs 280 was deducted from my HDFC account. Transaction ID is "[protected] [protected]/payuyepme.com". They have not shipped the shoes. When I called Yepme customer service, they said that I bought from a third party seller, and they cannot do anything. They gave me a phone no and said I should contact him. I called them and they said the prodcut will be shipped within 2-3 working days. But till date they have not shipped it. 5 days ago I called yepme customer care to know the status of the complain. They said that the amount would get refunded within 2-3 days. But I have not got the amount back yet.

Today when I called YEPME customer care representative named Dipendra told me that I have wait 3 to 5 days more. What is going on I don't understand. I ordered the item on 14.1.2016. Nearly after 1 month I have got neither the product nor the refund.
Kindly help.

And I would like to warn other customers who are willing to buy from YEPME... don't even think of buying from YEPME. They are scam.
