[Resolved] Yepme.com — Invalid coupon provided | |||
I have cancelled an order (order id : 30505255, account-sneha.[protected]@gmail.com) dated 15march, 16 for which I have used a coupon from past order reimbursement. Its been 60 days now and I have not yet received my coupon yet. Whenever I call the customer care receive false statement of confirmation about receiving within 5 to 7 days. Every 7th day I call them they ask me to wait for more 5 to 7 days and the matter has been escalated and is on high priority. As it is being escalated for past 60 days Earlier also I have faced same issue regarding coupon but received anyhow after more than 40 days. What state of the company is if it cant generate a coupon in 60 days. Kindly help me resolve my issue as I am getting hopeless with this company procedures and policies.
