I placed two seperate orders for a apir of sports shoes and made the payment through icicbank credit card on aug29 2017 around 8pm. While i recieved one pair of shoes against one order the supply against other order for which payment was made by me has not yet been recieved.
I logged the complaints on sept 15, sep18 and oct october4. Complaints acknowledged by sms[protected]sep,[protected]sep, 3044816 4oct, 3044874 4oct). The phone calls to their given number are kept permanently on hold till they get disconnected. I had also sent them an email giving the above details.

Yepme should either despatch the pair of shoes ordered or refund the amount to me. They have not cared to respond to various complaints on this so far.
