[Resolved] Yepme.com — no refund paid

I have placed an order for a pair of shoe to yep me on 4th july 2017. But my order was cancelled without informing me. I have already paid for it but i have also not having any information about reimbursement of my money. My order id was 33783419. I have tried to call customer care multiple times but i was not able to talk. Kindly try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
