Hi,

This is regarding my order id : 33646451. As per their policy, i suppose to get the refund within 15 to 20 days and it is now beyond that, its almost 45 days still i haven't receive the same. Also, no one pick up the calls from the customer care. Do let me know if i need to take any legal action against them.
