[Resolved] Yepme.com — order not delivered | |||||
I ordered a pair of sports shoes from yepme.com app on 24 september 2017 and paid online for it. The payment for the product is debited from my account and it showed that the delivery will be done till 28 september 2017. But i have not received any confirmation mail or messages from yepme.com And i have not been delivered my product. On calling on their customer care number nobody picks up the call, moreover it shows that order status is pending review so i cannot even add complaint on their website for my product. Still now I have not gave any despatch message. I tried to call yepme customers service but didn't receive call. I also sent their mail but didn't reply my mail.
