[Resolved] Yepme.com — order number 10005409, automatic orders getting placed, my account is not showing any orders now | |||
i had a yepme account using this email id: [protected]@gmail, com.I had placed an order for sandals but on arrival of the order i found that the sandals are not of my size so i returned the product. After a few days when i checked my account I found the status of that order as REFUND REQUESTED. but then i also say that the same sandals were being sent to me again by COD. The entire order was splitted into 2 sandals per order.The biggest problem is that now when i log into my account to see my orders, no orders are shown. it is written no orders found. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. PLease look into this matter ASAP. I am attaching the screen shot of previous order details of sandals.Calling your support number only says that "All our customer care representative are busy serving other customers". and put me on hold. automatic orders have got placed..in my account order details are nor being shown..customer care doesnt pick up phone..sandal size mentioned doesnt meet mentioned centimeters.
