Hi,
i have placed 4 separate orders at YEPME on Nov 9th 2016, all those orders have been cancelled for unknown reason but refund has not been processed yet. I have called their cc for almost 7 times and every time i received the same reply as "Payment will be processed within a day" but haven't received till date.

Kindly process the payment as early as possible.

I'm really not happy with your service, i don't need the refund in form of coupon.
I want my refund in original payment mode. Kindly do it as soon as possible. Yesterday was the deadline but still i haven't received any. Are you guys playing with our money ?
