I have ordered a watch order id 33514927 on 13, april, 2017. But within few minutes i cancelled as i wanted to order other one. But till now i have not received any refund or response from yepme. I have raised many complaints regarding this. Calling custoemr care from 2 months, but its not even connected once,, i coudnt unable to contact anyone, pls help me to contact them and get my refund back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 12, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I have calling YepMe from 3 months, But i dint get any response, But once i complained here, within a week its resolved and i got my cashback.

I ordered a total sum of 2500 and applied a voucher .My order was placed succesfull but after few days I checked my account in my orders it was showing, no orders of yours I ordered it on 28th July only and till now I didn't recieve it. And I am trying to contact yep me but they are not receiving the call the call keep on ringing.. Plzz help me.
