Hello, I have purchased a footwear "Yepme Casual Chiku Shoes" on 6th of May 2017 by online payment using my AXIS bank debit card, thinking I would receive the product within 4-5 days. Even after 6 days your website was showing the product has not yet been dispatched. So I made a cancellation request for the same item on 12th May 2017. So far I have not yet received my refund into my account as it has already been 10-14 days nor your customer support team is responding over the phone. I have furnished all the transaction details below for your reference. Please refund the money back to my account as soon as possible.
