I have received my order no. 8380512 on 5th August, 2014 and I sent back one top through Pavan courier service on 11th August, 2014 for Replacemnt and it was delivered on 28th of August on their Address but I did not receive any message or email from them. I called their help line number 20-30 times but they always say wait for 1 day wait for 1 week etc. Now they say your complaint is closed because the time limit is over. Please help me.

I returned my order on 31 Mar 2015 for the replacement but still there was no response for regarding replacement i changed my mind for refund and called customer care for refund.
Firstly there customer care representative assured me the pickup arrangement of product but when no pickup was there i again called them.
Then i sent my product via speed post (EV[protected]IN) which was delivered there place which sent message by yepme'employee on 3 Apr 2015. After that i called them several times, but they always asking me your courier address is incorrect so complaint to your courier service and return again by them where they delivered.

I m sent a scanned copy of speed post receipt for the refund of the speed post charges i.e. Rs.150

Disputed Amount: 1228 (order buy 3 get 40% off)

i cannt give u any rating becoz first u refund my money then u deserve for rating...:-))))
