Order number[protected] Raised a refund request for the above mentioned order on 17 Feb 2017. Till date the refund was posted also the Shipping charges was not credited back. I sent several mails and the replies I got you date is

But they haven't called me back regarding the delay instead when I'm reraising the issue they copy paste the above reply. I'm not gonna leave this as it is.
The resolution of this complaint should be in the form of Call Back to my Number & The refund for the product & shipping charges of ₹ 200 for which the Bill I Have submitted should be refunded in the form of Cash Deposit to my Bank Account that I have already provided.

If there is no response for this Complaint then this documentation would be taken as a proof and submitted @ Consumer Court as evidence.
