Dear sir, i have purchased a pair of shoes on the basis of cash on delivery system from yepme.Com on dated14/12/2016 order no was 32969986.But as the shoes were not fitted with my feet i have to return the pair of shoes after discussing with their customer care executive. Sir, i have returns the goods through the same courier as the ask me to do. They had acknowledge the fact they received the goods in perfect condition & therefore ask me to send my bank details which i had send imideately to their respective online address. But unfortunately after several emails & phone call i haven't received any refund to my bank a/c. My refund request no was 2892298 dated 20/12/2016.So sir, you are requested to do the needful at your earliest& obliged. Debashis dutta. Asansol. Dist burdwan. Wb
