[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund of rs 581.00 not received

Dear Sir,
I placed an order for 4 Men's T Shirts on 26 August, 2016. I paid the order value of Rs581 using my Paytm wallet. After two days Yepme rejected my order stating that my payment was not successful. But my Paytm wallet was debited with Rs581. I called Yepme on their landline numbers (at a high call rate of ₹2/ Min) but they says you will get your refund on Monday, next week, within this week, by Thursday but all in vain as I have not got my refund of Rs581 so far. They have extorted my money. The details are as follows:
