I have canceled order and requested for refund on 5th Sep 2016.
Order Id:32135164

i have complained many times on their support portal, but i didn't get refund yet. when ever i have communicated with their customer care executive or through their support portal they have the same answer that they are trying to escalate the the matter and problem will be resolved soon.
its almost 5 months since i have canceled my order and still they are processing.
