[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Returning of wrong material

i have made a order with yepme on 33097171 dt 06.01.17 and got delivered on 10.01.17. But i found that the same not matched with images shown in their website and i have made return request 2922868 on 25.01.17 and they have agreed to organise for return pickup on 28.01.17. But even now the return pickup has not been done

While checking with their customer care team, they are informing that they don't have return pickup arrangement now and contract with return logistics team has been lapsed and i need to return the same on my own
Lapsing of their contract is least bother issue to me and they must collect this material back from me and refund my amount as totally fed-up with this kind of worst service level from Yepme

I placed order on 27 January 2017. It was showing delivery date of 1 February 2017. Today it is showing as order status "Returned".

Why was the product not delivered?

What is the next step? You will Deliver it again or Refund.

The order no is 33222352.
Something like this isnt expected from an online retailer. Respond at earliest.
I became recent victim after purchasing from yepme.com.

It seems in prima facie that yepme.com is doing unethical business, trying to cheat customers and making fraud. I myself tried to call over the customer care number Customer Care[protected]:00 AM - 7:00 PM (7 Days a week) given on their website and also tried to send the email at customer.[protected]@yepme.com but both are not working. Yepme has tailored their phone as well as email not to respond as they know they are doing will-full cheating.

However hard you may try to contact them, but they will never respond. So WHAT IS SOLUTION !

Do not worry, you just need to file a complaint with consumer court at to http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in or call at[protected]. Remember, before, filing complaint you have to show that you tried your best to contact yepme.com but they did not respond to your call/email. Do the Audio Recording the music tone you are getting on yepme costomer care number, it will show the date and time duration you tried to contact them. Even the return emails shows that email of yepme is not working. This is another evidence. When you file your complaint with consumer court, they will enforce yepme not only to resolve your genuine issue but also will ask yepme to suitably compensate you for your legal expense, time wasted due to issue created by yepme, etc.

Hope it will resolve your issue. Contact me for any further help. Stand for your right, to ensure justice do hesitate fight ! One is not hesitating is openly cheating you, but you are hesitating for even asking for your right!
