Yepme.com — sport shoe order not confirmed after deducting amount from bank

I orderd sport shue from yepme of rs 619/-. After confirm the order i go for online payment & after diducting the payment the order id not genrated from yepme i wait for yepme response but non is done by him, also the are not picking the phone given by company.
What to do, i am waiting for the company's response for 3-4 days after that i force to do complain for cheating, either i go to consumer foram or file fir against company, whichever is easyly possible.

Updated by Kavimalu In respect to yepme company's cheating I also admit that in past company is also cheating on 7 May 2017 Rs 419/-& Rs 339/-Order Code No 33637384 & 33637465 also but that time I not do any action due to touring etc.but now I want to get back my full amount with penalty.
