This is regarding subject 2 orders no which got cancelled but refund amount 1095 and 858 for the same is not received in my account. The app is asking to contact customer service but your number is continous busy and i have lost more than 200 rs just to try to speak with you regarding subject but no agent got free to attend the call. I work fedex customer service and i know about service levels. Kindly revert back to me regarding the subject order and process a refund back to my dbs account.
