This has reference with regard to the commercial credit information report to CIBIL in respect of the above loan account.

For your information, we have paid the entire dues of the above credit facility in 2019 and you have also issued "No dues certificate" pertaining to the said credit facility on[protected]. The Copy of the NOC is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure A. While going through the CIBIL report, we found that credit report pertaining to the said cash credit facility have not been properly reported by your bank in respect of the company showing as “62 Days past Due”. The CIBIL page of the same is enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure B.
