Yes Bank — Credit card documents taken but no response

Dear yes bank executive

I want to bring to your notice that yes bank representative collected docs in feb2017 month but till now not received any feedback.
Plz help in either return my docs or update on my application.

Brijesh is from infosys cards delhi team and his mobile no is [protected]

He has taken all docs with him. So not submitted any docs to yes bank..

He took all docs in name of yes bank credit card, and this agency is authorized by yes bank.. Plz have a relook on this type o[censored]nprofessional attitude by them.. Else it will spoil yes bank name also in market..
I havew send a lot of mails to yes bank but no responce
