Yes Bank — Disrespectful staff | |
Hello everyone, My name is Setul Mishra I've been a customer of Yes bank for quite a few years now, I never faced such an issue like this before. Due to covid i had incurred a lot of loss in business, i am still trying to recover from it. This guy called RAM Bharti (Not sure if it's bharti or marti, i have the entire call recording) from Mumbai sector 70 calls me for my credit card payment, i told him that I've already talked to so many people and told them that i am gonna do the payment by 25th August. Then he started talking thrash and started saying bad stuff. And he even told me when i asked who are you, he said TERA BAAP. This is the behaviour of an employee of YES BANK. I never knew that it's such a low standard cheap bank. Seriously, i am deeply saddened. Was this information helpful? | |
