Hi am Rangasamy I had purchased Mobile Phone in Amazon using Yesbank credit card EMI but fault phone received the same recovered by Amazon and amount redirected to Yesbank account. But Yesbank everymonth EMI charges collected by me, upto 8 month. Complaint lodged Yesbank but no proper response from Yesbank.
