It is very pain, I have to inform you to about constant mental stress I have receiving from yes bank staff.I had already submitted my Re-KYC documents at bhandar road branch, pune before covid-19 i.e. 2018 to my then manager Hardeepkaur. I was told that it was done. After one year, during covid, I visited the branch where the deputy manager Vijaylaxmi works now, in 2019, they told me that due to covid they can't accept any documents in person. So, I submitted the document online but no response. This year in 2022, I had visited the belgaum-goaves branch(deputy manager vijaylaxmi), she told me she don't know the list documents she should accept, so she consulted relationship manager Shivangi Shukla and collected my documents after waiting for 2 hours. The 2nd day again she called me saying one signature is pending. But before doing signature, they started asking my time for investment options, I told I already wasted 2 hours during 2018 to discuss investment options, so please do only Re-kyc.Also, on 2nd day they showed me all the documents that were uploaded in 2018 in system which was submitted but approved and they dont know the reason.Again, on 3rd day they called me saying, some thing is missing. This constant call for visiting the branch, discussing some different work of investment other than re-kyc everytime and not approving my submitted document is irrititating me a lot.
