I had borrowed loan from your bank where my loan account number is PLN[protected]
I have contacted the customer care to c hange the ECS from one bank to other bank and they have advised me to contact the branch with three months statement and cheque leaf.
I have visited the parrys, chennai branch where a women who collected the documents and asked me to leave and they will call me after they get approval from RM. I was requested to her to allow me to speak to some senior official for me to request this to complete on the same day since I have to travel long way to reach the bank during working days is not possible.
She said she is the one to speak about anything and there were no respect to the customer. Is this the way that a famous bank handle the customer.. I completely felt like a government bank.
I am completely insulted there and frustrated with the approach and never recommend yes bank henceforth to anyone.
