My brother mr parag patel he has open nre account with yes bank and i am the nominee in account,

He has transfer money from nigeria but still not received in yes bank from last 1 month we are doing followup with bank excetive mr kamlesh from boisar branch.

From still not recd any response and facing misbehavior from yes bank staff.

Looking for positive support from yes bank higher responsible authority.
