[Resolved]  Yes Bank — Yes pay wallet is not unlocked by bank

My name is kanchanben baria
My yes pay wallet block due to otp was not received on mobile( due to government restrictions befor 2 month). After that i have call many time on their customer care and also email them but they are not unblocking my wallet. My last complaint number is CS[protected]. Current wallet balance is 6164. I request yout help me.
