I have contacted via call multiple times regarding my complaint where my appointment was confirmed many a times and none turned up. Operator did not answer the call. Representatives on cal promised that il get a cal from manager as i asked for manager but it's been a month now, none contscted. Even yesterday i called and was told il get a call back but still none called, sick.
Operator padma was giving service for me from months. Everytime she was giving reasons and not even once she was punctual but still i gave her rating as she was always telling about family issue. But people should not tell family problem each time when ever they don't come. She lied me telling those reasons. She had went to other appointments. I don't understand why operator has to lie. She does the service for what i pay and nothing free. Being in customer service, should one learn the behaviour.
Very bad attitude and behaviour from ylg opearor.
Once i got manicure and pedicure done by this lady. You know how long she took? Within half an hour she finished both. Sick i pay so much and no result with the service. Then no point in paying. I told the same thing and was told will be done again and apologised but nothing happened in this. Very sick 😣
Who ever answer the call, even they don't know how to talk over call and chit chat other side when customer calls and they just disconnect the call. Il get a message sometimes that il get a call back almost for more than 10times but never got a call. Terrible serice.
I want to take this to higher level. Very bad customer service. Have wasted my time like hell. I will raise this complaint to the next level. Was this information helpful? |
