I purchased a lehenga worth 1699, got cheap sari cloth instead. when i tried to call customer care, they have provided us with these numbers on facebook [protected]//[protected]//[protected], it was a complete scam. they are providing me some links that contains confidential information like cvv, atm pin etc. and they are also asking to download an app called "anydesk" so that they can operate our phone through their systems. i did whatever they said just to find out if it is a scam, though i deleted all the banking apps from my phone before connecting to them. but this could be more than that, many people can lose their money to such frauds, kindly do whatever is necessary...
