Sub:- complaint regarding the refund.

This was the charges paid by cheque in 3rd aug 2017 against which the new connection was to be fitted.

The job was not done in-time and in spite of lot of follow-up even.

In returned we had to face huge nuisance from your representative. (Ramu)

I have paid rs 1538/- by cash on 3rd aug 2017 void receipt no cc168394

The problem was also discussed but still not receiving any call from the customer care

Already the problem is pending from last 355 days, hence you are requested to refund my money immediately.

The response is simply third class & no one takes the responsibility. -
