You Broadband India — deficient or very poor broadband and wireless services | |||||
I had subscribed to you broadband services in visakhapatnam more than 3 months ago. During the sales process, they were very solicitous, calling regularly, urging me to sign a longer-term contract, being very attentive. Well, once i signed on, everyone disappeared. I was promised a free router as part of the deal - to be delivered in "one day" - but after 3 months, there is no sign of it. Also, the wired broadband keeps dropping, so i have to reconnect every 5 minutes. Calls to customer service do not get a response (Even though you promise to respond within 4-8 hr). There is absolutely no response or follow-up. I see numerous complaints about you along similar lines, with an average service rating on facebook of 1 star (Poor). I would like to lodge this formal complaint on the basis that they have been severely deficient in service and have taken my money for 6 months on wrong and misleading promises. I am not alone in experiencing this. Someone from the company has to be held accountable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
