I am using dual speed hurricane plan. From 7th to 11th june 2018, i was simply not connected to net. The frequency of disruption was almost every minute. Even now the problem is not resolved. The disruption continues. I am unable to work continuously.
For the period of 5 days from 7th to 11th june 2018 i should get the extension in service. Instead, i get a message every 30 days completion to recharge. The cycle of 30 days in very inconvenient. It should be for a month irrespective of whether month is of 30 days or 31 days. It advances the date of recharge by a day every month. I wish to have a fixed day for payment.
