You Broadband India — internet connection and speed issue

I have installed a new connection of 60 mbps speed the plan was being distributed in itexpo surat. The marketing was done wonderfully but when it comes in giving i m not getting enough speed nor there is a stable connection uptill now i have mailed the company 3 times and i have called more than that but no response i have got also the complaint is still not taken into consideration.
