You Broadband India — internet not working since 3 days | |||
I have raised complaints to YOU broadband customer care about not working internet but they replied that in 4-8 hours technician will reach to me and already 3 days has been passed my complain status is still in pending status. I waited for 60 minutes to get tgeir seniors on call but they were busy on another call. They have given me Pune branch office number[protected] but this number is always busy. My internet not working since 4 days dt .23-6/18 to 26/6/18 & 14/6/18 to 15/6/18 internet not working as wall company not looking any problem of customers you bordband very ...very... very... poor service my a/c.No.1710399 my com.No.527 my net not working total 6 days refund service is very very bed
