[Resolved] You Broadband India — No installation done and money taken in advance | |||
I did a booking for youbroadband connection on the 5th of june 2020. It's 12th of june toady so i am doing a complaint on this forum as i have no updates from youbroadband and they are not addressing me. It's now more than 7 days i have not got my connection installed and whenever i contact youbroadband the customer service does nothing but to escalate the complaint and even escalation doesn't help, no one responds. My confirmation number is cc437073 and i have already paid a sum of rupees 3432 in advance. Taking money and not giving services/good is a fraud. Please help me out by forcing and pressurizing the company to do the installation. Was this information helpful? | |||
